I’ve just completed a superb 5-week course on Mindfulness, Relaxation and Meditation with Sandra. Before the start of the course Sandra sent an email explaining what the sessions would cover, how to prepare and what to bring, which was very useful. Sandra has a wonderful aura of calmness around her, which made it easy to unwind and relax the minute I arrived. I found her to be an excellent teacher, a great listener and her years of experience meant she was able to answer any questions the group had. The hour’s session was enough to re-focus my energy and make time for me. I would leave the class feeling serene and peaceful. As a bonus each week, Sandra followed up with an email giving tips, advice and guidance which I found invaluable for keeping me on track. I have really benefited from this short course and have gained enough experience to continue with my practice alone, with perhaps the need for a top up session now and again. I would thoroughly recommend Sandra’s courses for anyone who needs to re-focus their mind, find time to relax or needs guidance on how to meditate.

Sandra’s talk on ‘Mindfulness in the Workplace’ at my business networking lunch was extremely interesting and rather inspiring. She is a natural communicator and engaged her audience from the start. Sandra provided a clear explanation of what Mindfulness is and some simple examples of how to reduce stress. It was clear from the nodding heads that a lot of people in the room recognised the ‘symptoms’ in themselves. Sandra’s delivery was calm and measured, feeding us bite-sized chunks of information as a ‘taster’ of how adopting a degree of Mindfulness can help in our work and lives.
